A Cobb biker in the photo, which I assume means he is from Georgia. This particular
photo is from 2007, and Bike Week got underway with the usual hordes coming
in on the highways and the descending on the beaches and relaxing under
the palm trees, not an altogether unpleasant proposition when one considers
the climate to the north this time of year.
