Biker on Beach Street

This particular scene is on Beach Street. It's one of the main riding
areas, and there are biker businesses and shops and street stands
along it, especiall just up from where Main Street comes in. It's one
of the faster traffic areas for riding in town. The thing rolls along
like the inland waterway which is nearby.
