A very astute biker here at Bike Week does not pay any attention to
the rain, but instead even bares the head to enjoy the stimulation of
the drops landing on the pale scalp. Protecting one's self from the
elements continuously takes away one of the primal instincts,
the feeling of weather on the personage itself.
