Plenty of places get congested here, so it's nice to have a road wide
open at Bike Week, where one can ride in ease and let the miles
go by. Such is the case on the highway along the ocean, once
one gets out of town a ways, and into the sea breeze.

In the midst of a certain Biketoberfest style, I suppose.
