This is easily one of the most active jobs here, and one which for many,
is absolutely indispensible. When you make the round and gaze upon
the bar tenders here, there is wide variety and a great deal of individuality.
And it is for certain that observing them in action is one of the favorite
past-times for many who come, and thus they spend a large portion
of the day donig just that, and more than a few establishments.
