Wet Streets in Daytona

Even in the Florida rainfall, the warmth is such that it does not spoil
the day at all. And in fact, it washes the streets of dust and settles
the air into a low swell that moves in and out of the palms in that most
tropical of manner whichis so pleasing to those who dwell along the
ocean, far from the contention of the colder climes.
